We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join a collaborative, mission-driven organization that supports unhoused and disabled individuals through the management of complex affordable housing properties. This is a temporary contract role covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning into a longer-term opportunity based on business needs and performance.

This role will primarily focus on property accounting responsibilities. The selected candidate will also provide Accounts Payable (AP) coverage approximately 1-2 days per week, supporting the accounting team while maintaining property accounting duties for the remainder of the week.
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a complex accounting environment.
Salary: $38-$45 Hr
